Welcome to the Assessing Department! The Assessing Department is a multi-functional department in Town government. First, it is the appraisal section of the Town responsible for determining assessed values on real estate and personal property. The department maintains all the ownership and appraisal data for the annual tax bills. Secondly, the department has many other records, including tax maps, deeds, exemption applications, land survey plans and aerial photographs. All records are available for public inspection. Assessing Data is currently not available on this website.
