Certified copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death records are available at our office.  The cost is $10.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional one of the same certificate purchased at the same time.  You may come into our office or order by mail at Town Clerk's Office, 28 Federal Street, Brunswick, Me 04011-1583.

Birth Records

HOW TO REQUEST  A CERTIFIED BIRTH RECORD FOR A CHILD BORN IN BRUNSWICK

 Write us a letter including the following or Click for application (PDF)

1.  Full name of Child, Including middle name.

2. Child's date of birth.

3. Child's Mother's First, Middle and Maiden names.

4. Child's Father's First, Middle and Last names.

5. Number of copies you would like?  (It is $10.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy of the same certificate.)

6. Signature and relationship to #1.

7. A self-addressed stamped envelope.

Death Records

HOW TO REQUEST A CERTIFIED COPY OF A DEATH CERTIFICATE

2. Date of Death.

Birth, marriage and death records for Brunswick residents if the event took place in Brunswick

FEES: $5.00 per record searched. If the record is found, the $5.00 fee includes a photocopy labeled "NOT FOR LEGAL PURPOSES". If you want a certified copy it will be $10.00 which includes the search fee.
