Engine 2 is the newest vehicle in the fleet. It is a 1999 Central States on an American LaFrance chassis. This truck is dual purpose. It has a 1500 gpm pump with a pressure governor and both Class A and B foam supplied by a Foam Pro 2002 system. It carries all 1 ¾ hose along with 750 gallons of water. This truck also has a 15 kw Amps hydraulic generator that powers a 10,000 watt Wilburt Night Scan and our Holmatro extrication tools, the tools are pre-connected on 125' hose reels for quick deployment. We also have an on board cascade system for filling air bottles and operating air tools. It has an electric winch on the front bumper along with a quick deployment trash line. This truck was set up to provide full ALS care as a first response truck.
