Policies
The Town of Brunswick has adopted various policies which manage the rights and responsibilities of all employees and cover numerous Town-wide issues. The list of policies below are those which are applicable Town-wide and are intended as a starting point only. For specific questions or to determine if there is a policy on a topic not covered, please call the Human Resources Department at (207) 725-6653. Individual departments have adopted policies and procedures specific to their department. In addition, there are five separate Union contracts (AFSCME, Communications, Fire, Police and Public Works) which establish rights for the covered employee.
