Property for Sale The Town of Brunswick is offering the following real estate property for sale. Interested purchasers should contact Gary Brown, Town Manager, to discuss these properties and to obtain additional information. The Brunswick Town Council will review proposals to acquire these properties on an on-going basis until a determination is made to accept a proposal. The Council reserves the right to reject, accept, and modify any proposal submitted and to negotiate with any and all parties submitting a proposal. Brief descriptions of the properties are provided below. A sub-committee consisting of two Councilors will review all proposals prior to submission to the full Council. This sub-committee may negotiate with potential buyers prior to submission to the full Council in an effort to facilitate a possible sale of the properties.

PARCEL #1: Map U07, Lot 70. This property consists of the former Times-Record newspaper building. It is a 28,000 square foot property located on approximately 2 acres of land at 6 Industry Road. 20,000 square feet were recently renovated to provide space for the Southern Maine Community College (SMCC). SMCC has an existing lease with the Town that is due to expire in 2010. The remaining 8,000 square feet is suitable for renovation for desired uses. This property is zoned I 1 (Industry and Business) .
