The Department of Planning and Development is responsible for a wide variety of municipal activities, including, Comprehensive Planning, Development Review, Historical District Review, Natural Resources, Sign/Building/Plumbing/ Electrical Permits, as well as enforcement of the Town of Brunswick Zoning Ordinance rules and regulations. Through our work we aid in helping to protect Brunswick's economic, natural and historical resources.
