Red Maple Swamp

The Town of Brunswick worked with Jeff Munn to design an open space subdivision in the Town's growth area that attempted to address efficient use of land for density purposes while maintaining trail connections to the Town Commons.  As a result of these efforts the applicant designated two trail corridors between proposed house lots and a +/- 5 acre parcel dominated by a red maple swamp that abuts existing Town land.  In the near future a board walk trail will be designed that crosses this area and joins existing Town Commons trails.
