Attached is the Maine Department of Environmental Protection’s notice that it will hold a public hearing on the application submitted by the Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority for a Storm Water Management law permit.  The permit application—Department Project #L-26119-NJ-C-N—is for the construction of a passenger train equipment layover facility located in Brunswick, Maine.  The hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. at the Brunswick Golf Club, 165 River Road, Brunswick, Maine.  The hearing is open to the public.  As set forth in the attached notice, the daytime portion of the hearing will be devoted to receiving testimony from the parties (applicant and intervenors) and the evening portion of the hearing (beginning at 6:00 P.M.) will be devoted to receiving testimony from members of the general public.
