Employee Benefits
The Town of Brunswick offers a variety of benefits to regular full-time employees and part-time employees who work more than 20 hours per week on a year-round basis. Benefits options selected by the employee are paid through biweekly payroll deductions. The Human Resources Department is available to provide assistance regarding benefit questions and enrollment.

Dental insurance is offered to all Town employees and their eligible dependents through Ameritas Group.

The Town of Brunswick’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is administered by Anthem and provides up to three free visits with a counselor for confidential, professional mental health services for employees and their families.
