Coastal Resources
The Coastal Resource Office performs a variety of administrative, policy, and technical field work associated with managing, planning, and conserving the Town’s coastal resources, namely shellfish. The duties include engaging in professional scientific and biological work to sustain, conserve, enhance, and protect our historical and ecologically sensitive areas and species. The Office administers the Municipal Shellfish Program and the Coastal Waters Management Plan. The Coastal Resource Office works closely with:
