For many years the Town's coastal location has been a significant contributor to both its vibrancy as a community, and the local and regional economy. With this said the Brunswick coast draws a vast variety of user groups. Over the last 15 years we have experienced increased usage of our subtidal waters.
Over the spring/summer/fall of 2013 the Town underwent a harbor management study that will help the town understand the uses and if need be, develop new strategies for future use. This study is complete and has been submitted to the Council for review and acceptance at the February 24, 2014 Council meeting.
