The Town of Brunswick ("Town"), acting by and through its Town Council and Town Manager, is providing a redevelopment opportunity for a qualified developer ("Developer") to purchase and redevelop the Town’s historic Central Fire Station (“CFS Project Site”) at 21 Town Hall Place.
The Town seeks proposals that demonstrate a creative business and/or mixed-use approach for the CFS Project Site, outlining an achievable adaptive reuse development plan that is consistent with the vision for downtown Brunswick described in this RFP.
Interested project teams are invited to submit eleven (11) double sided paper hard copies, and (1) electronic PDF copy on a USB thumb drive by 3:00 PM, April 21, 2023 to:
